The Young ClassX
The Young Classx project is an initiative from the Otto Group and Quartett Salut Salon aiming to bring classical music closer to kids and teens alike. Those taking part have the opportunity to learn to play instruments, sing as part of a choir and even take their place in a real orchestra!

OBJECTIVE
The Young ClassX’s project agenda sounded as rewarding as it was ambitious – to let children once again enjoy classical music as part of their everyday lives. Music and learning had to become fun again! Facilitating the communication between organization staff, teaching personnel and hundreds, maybe thousands of pupils therefore had to lie at the heart of any concept.
SOLUTION
Our answer was a multi-facetted networking platform designed for a closed online community: Personal profiles, integrated event calendars and the possibility to share image and video material over more than a dozen ensemble blogs let the site become alive with the project’s inert energy. And more importantly, it gave all members a private playground to roam on freely and meet each other through music.
